Set of Copper Pans

This classic set of five copper pans is hand-made by the Pierre Vergnes family firm in the Languedoc region. These durable pans are entirely hand-crafted. Our pans are not spun, but individually shaped over wooden moulds and hand-beaten. Their 2mm thick gauge makes them the traditional chef's favourite, and much sought after by home cooks. They are tin lined by hand, and are fitted with cast iron handles that stay cool during use. Set comprising of five pans of 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 cm. Copper pans are not suitable for the dish-washer proof.
