The Chasseur range of cast iron pans represents quality and good value. Cast is slow to heat up, but retains the heat well, so it's ideal for those winter casseroles and classic French dishes such as coq au vin. The casserole dishes, also known as cocottes come with two sets of interchangeable knobs on the lids, so you can choose from plastic or brass. We have included a frying pan and a large gratin dish. The range is finished in black enamel and is suitable for induction hobs.
