The Sirch family from Southern Germany has been making sledges and sleighs for over thirty years. We would love to offer their fabulous sledges, but with the mild UK climate there wouldn't be much demand. However, the company now makes truly stunning toys to resolutely modern designs. The build-quality is superb as can be expected from products made in Germany. There is a sit on toy which can have its own trailer, a rocking horse and a doll's pushchair with an adjustable handle, all are made from ash or birch , with a mix of solid wood and ply. The wheels are very strong and ultra silent. During our recent photo-shoot of these toys on the canal in North London, passers-by kept stopping and asking us where these amazing toys could be bought.
